Responsibilities

• •Manage and oversee distribution channels and partner relationships across assigned portfolio
• •Develop and implement distribution strategies to drive business growth and market penetration
• •Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders
• •Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within the distribution network
• •Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and product teams
• •Conduct regular reviews of partner performance and provide constructive feedback
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DBS policies across all distribution activities
• •Prepare reports and presentations on distribution performance and strategic recommendations
• •Support product launches and promotional initiatives through distribution channels

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, channel management, or related roles
• •Proven track record in developing and managing distribution networks
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• •Knowledge of banking, financial services, or related industry preferred
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• •Willingness to travel as required for business needs
