Job Description:

• •We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Warehouse to manage end-to-end Operations for our Warehouses and FCs across India.
• •Incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup.
• •This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• •This is an in-person role at our Gurgaon HQ and will involve significant travel to different FC locations across India. You must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• •Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
• •Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• •Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• •Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers — from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
• •Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• •6–15 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
• •High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel for ground-level execution.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
