• Job Description
• Help shape a partnership that makes a meaningful difference when it matters most. As a key relationship lead, this role brings TAL and our partner together to create a trusted, connected experience that supports members and their families through life’s most important moments. • In this role you will:
• •Shape joint partnership strategies that drive sustainable growth and shared long-term value.
• •Deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen member engagement, insurance propositions and digital experiences.
• •Build trusted partner relationships that align priorities and advance shared goals.
• •Negotiate commercial outcomes that balance partner objectives, member value and TAL’s performance.
• •Champion service excellence by ensuring commitments, business plans and service standards are met.
• •Influence stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver change and achieve positive partnership outcomes.

• Qualifications
• •Bring at least five years’ experience in the superannuation sector, with sound knowledge of group life insurance highly regarded Build trusted relationships and collaborate confidently with partners and stakeholders.
• •Apply strong commercial judgement and an understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
• •Analyse complex information and develop practical, well-considered solutions.
• •Communicate clearly and present ideas effectively to a range of audiences.
• •Create positive client experiences through a responsive, customer-focused approach.
