Dapper is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with a pioneering spirit - someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

Have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.

You are currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You bring a growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.

Bring a strategic mindset, but still enjoy jumping into the details, whether it’s presenting a paid strategy for a client or deep diving into the analytics.

Take full ownership of your projects, challenging the brief, aligning with clients, and pushing for better outcomes through collaboration with the team.

Are confident owning and leading client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning.
