This role will serve as a software lead for aftertreatment development, providing technical direction and coordinating software and calibration activities across programs. The engineer will develop and manage aftertreatment software schedules, track key software and calibration deliverables, identify execution risks, and work across the team to ensure calibrations and software releases are completed in alignment with program timing and validation needs. • Serve as the aftertreatment software lead, coordinating software and calibration execution across development programs.
  • Own and manage software schedules and key deliverables, maintaining alignment with program, test, and validation milestones.
  • Drive calibration readiness, ensuring required calibrations are developed, reviewed, and delivered in time to support testing and program commitments.
  • Develop high-level software and controls strategies that align system requirements, controls architecture, calibration development, and production needs.
  • Identify software and calibration execution risks early and coordinate cross-functional actions to maintain program timing.
  • Provide technical leadership across software, controls, simulation, calibration, and validation activities, helping drive issues from identification through resolution
