About the Role

MoneyLion's Marketplace connects consumers with the financial products that fit their moment and rewards are how we get them to come back. As the Principal PM for Rewards, you'll set the direction for the whole program the earn and redeem mechanics, the partner-offer surfaces customers see, and the rewards strategy other Marketplace teams build against. You'll own that direction as a senior individual contributor, close enough to the work to ship it, and balancing what delights customers against what the rewards economics can carry. You'll report to the Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities

Set the direction for Rewards across MoneyLion, and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap.

Define the rewards strategy other Marketplace teams build against, and bring them along on the bigger bets.

Partner with the partnerships team to source and structure offers, and shape how they show up in the product.

Run experiments across the earn and redeem loops to raise activation and repeat engagement.

Work with data to define the metrics that tell you a reward is working, and read the results honestly.

Work closely with engineering and design to ship, iterate, and clean up what isn't landing.

Own rewards economics with finance so the program stays healthy as it grows.

Decide where AI belongs in the product more personalized, better-timed offers customers trust.

Use AI in your own workflow to move faster on analysis, experimentation, and iteration.

About You

Experience: 6+ years in product management, including consumer-facing products where you owned engagement or conversion metrics.

What you'll bring:

You've shipped consumer products and can point to the numbers that moved.

You've set product strategy that other teams built against, and moved people without owning them.

You're comfortable with growth experimentation and know how to learn quickly from a test.

You're fluent with data. You can define the right metric and act on what it tells you.

You've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, and data, and with external partners.

Nice to have:

Fintech, loyalty/rewards, or marketplace experience.

Exposure to rewards or promotional economics and the tradeoffs they carry.

Personal Attributes:

Genuinely curious about personal finance and how people make decisions about money.

Highly empathetic. You start from the customer's situation, not the feature.

At home with complexity and a natural systems thinker. You can hold a lot of moving parts in your head and reason about how they connect.

Tuned in to where consumer software is heading and what the best products are doing.

Comfortable when the path isn't fully mapped, and willing to do the unglamorous work to unblock the team.

You make the case for what to build, and bring people along on the bigger calls.
