Job Description

Works independently and functions at a high-level establishing strategic process improvements, equipment evaluations, and cross-site process standardization. The Senior Process Engineer influences product manufacturing strategies and drives continuous innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• •Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory quality standards.
• •Establish process standards and best practices across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.
• •Lead evaluation and qualification of advanced equipment and automation solutions.
• •Provide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.
• •Work closely with executive leadership to align process engineering initiatives with business goals.
• •Define and lead major process development programs and technology integration efforts with enterprise-wide impact.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• •Advanced skills in process integration, root cause analysis, and risk management.
• •Experience driving cross-site projects and influencing senior management.
• •Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• •Expert-level knowledge of semiconductor/hardware processing technologies and manufacturing systems.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

• •Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• •8 years of relevant experience
