About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help lead the transformation of Talent Acquisition products and experiences. This senior individual contributor will lead complex product workstreams, translate strategic objectives and user needs into executable solutions, and bring together Product, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Operations, Risk, and vendor partners.

The role will contribute to a multi-year transformation of Talent Acquisition capabilities. The Senior Product Analyst will lead defined workstreams from discovery through implementation and stabilization while helping shape scalable, integrated experiences across the recruiting lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex product and transformation of workstreams involving multiple business, technology, risk, operational, data, and vendor dependencies.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to frame business problems, clarify desired outcomes, and translate strategy into actionable product requirements and delivery plans.
  • Lead discovery and requirements discussions, using candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, operational, and business perspectives to inform solution design.
  • Create clarity from ambiguity by analyzing options, identifying tradeoffs, challenging assumptions constructively, and recommending a path forward.
  • Translate business and user needs into experience and process designs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, data and integration requirements, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
  • Influence priorities and decisions across Product, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other enterprise partners without relying on direct authority.
  • Facilitate tradeoff and decision discussions; identify unresolved issues, establish clear owners, and escalate material risks, constraints, and dependencies when needed.
  • Anticipate delivery of risks and interdependencies and drive cross-functional action before they affect outcomes.
  • Lead or facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, release planning, and workstream-level readiness activities.
  • Own implementation of readiness for assigned capabilities, including business readiness, communications, training, support processes, operational handoffs, deployment validation, and stabilization.
  • Lead cross-functional defect triage and resolution, confirming delivered functionality meets requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Define success measures with Product and analytics partners and use adoption, experience, operational, quality, and business insights to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Evaluate solution options across process, configuration, integration, data, build, and vendor capabilities with consideration for user value, feasibility, risk, cost, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • For AI-enabled and automated capabilities, translate opportunities into clear user, business, data, risk, control, testing, and human-oversight requirements in partnership with appropriate governance teams.
  • Represent assigned product capabilities in leadership, governance, vendor, and implementation discussions; communicate recommendations, decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Promote disciplined product practices across discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to analysts and cross-functional partners, sharing practices that strengthen product analysis and delivery quality.
