Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end design process for Zluri’s platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong UI/UX skills, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
• •Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance product usability.
• •Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform.
• •Create engaging visual designs, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
• •Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• •Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
• •Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities.

Qualification and Experience

• •Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus
• •Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications.

Key Skills:

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

• •Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision).
• •Strong understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• •Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
• •Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
• •Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced product environments
