Collaboration: ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายใน (ฝ่ายการตลาด, ฝ่ายขาย, ฝ่ายควบคุมและประกันคุณภาพ, ฝ่าย Supply chain management, ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายบัญชีการเงิน) และทีมภายนอกบริษัท (คู่ค้า เช่น OEM, Packaging and Raw Material Supplier) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

คุณสมบัติ

ปริญญาตรี/ปริญญาโท วิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องสำอาง หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง ผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิว และ/หรือผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริม มาอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการโครงการ (Project management) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการทีม อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

มีประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการทีมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี

สามารถฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
