Stay close to agent builders and evaluation practitioners working with frameworks and custom runtimes.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience building or shipping production software, including experience building or evaluating agents in production.

Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.

Evidence of technical community participation and experience combining engineering with go-to-market or customer-facing work.

Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment and taking on varied responsibilities.
