  • Provide technical consultation and ongoing support for assistance systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support the integration of new features and technologies into lift trucks designed for the North American market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and customers to gather technical feedback and identify market-specific product requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical knowledge-sharing and train-the-trainer initiatives to support product understanding and service capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing technical activities as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with system commissioning, software configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of system and software testing methodologies, including error analysis and validation.
  • Understanding of North American regulatory requirements and standards applicable to industrial lift trucks and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in hands-on technical environments and participating in field testing and customer-facing activities.

  • Providing timely, effective technical support and resolution of complex product issues.
  • Supporting successful product integration and implementation across the North American market.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through technical analysis, field testing, and collaboration with engineering teams.
