Job Responsibilities

Design and develop pump components, assemblies, and systems to meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations, to support product launches, resolve technical issues, and improve product performance.

Provide technical leadership for New Product Development and Value Engineering project teams. Lead design reviews, mentor engineering team members, resolve field or product issues, and influence product road maps.

Partner with suppliers and internal operations teams to evaluate design feasibility, support sourcing decisions, address manufacturability concerns, and drive timely implementation of engineering changes.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in engineering processes, tools, and technologies.

Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and across departments.

Ensure engineering projects and products comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree is a plus

· 7+ years of design or product engineering experience.

· Demonstrated experience designing pumps, rotating equipment, or centrifugal machinery, including hydraulic layouts, mechanical components, assemblies, materials, tolerances, and manufacturability considerations.

· Proficiency with engineering software tools such as SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drawings, ANSYS or similar simulation tools for design validation.

· Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for BOM management, engineering changes, and product data control.

· Strong foundation in engineering principles and project management methodologies.

· Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
