Senior Product Manager

Location – London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Product Madness, you will bring a passion for gaming and a data-driven approach to creating compelling player experiences and delivering measurable business results. You will understand player motivations, investigate performance trends and turn opportunities into clear roadmap priorities. Working closely with the cross-functional team, you will lead initiatives from discovery through launch and optimisation, using clear success metrics and rigorous experimentation to evaluate impact on engagement, retention and monetisation.

What You Will Do

Own the feature roadmap, focusing on improving existing features while leading new initiatives through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation. Prioritise based on player value, data insights, business impact and delivery effort, and contribute to the overall product roadmap.

Analyse player behaviour, in-game performance and player feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Define success metrics, drive systematic A/B testing and translate results into clear actions to improve engagement, retention and monetisation.

Translate insights into actionable product concepts, writing clear PRDs and well-structured Epic, with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics and Game Operations to deliver timely, high-quality player experiences, incorporating player insights into feature design and optimisation.

Communicate recommendations, priorities, trade-offs and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment across teams.

Foster clear communication and alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Mentor junior product managers and champion a collaborative, evidence-led product culture with scope to manage and develop direct reports over time.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in science, business or a related field.

At least 6 years in product management, with experience delivering measurable impact in live games or products with gamified experiences, ideally in free-to-play mobile gaming.

Strong analytical skills, with experience writing basic SQL queries, conducting A/B tests and cohort analysis, and using findings to prioritise opportunities and measure impact.

Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimisation.

Proven experience improving game and feature economies, using player insights to deliver measurable gains in retention and monetisation.

Strategic and structured, able to turn complex problems into clear product plans.

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire collaboration, align cross-functional teams and challenge assumptions constructively.

Experience designing product features and game mechanics around system capabilities, technical constraints and development effort, alongside hands-on game operations and configuration experience and confidence learning new tools.
