As we continue to expand internationally, Axon is redefining public safety across the globe. We value customer insight, diverse perspectives and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, impactful products.

Your Impact

As the In-Market Product Manager for Brazil, you will be the voice of Brazilian customers within Axon’s global Product organisation. You will lead product discovery and help shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of software-led solutions for the Brazilian market, with a particular focus on our Digital Evidence Management platform and connected device ecosystem.

This is an end-to-end product management role. You will identify and validate customer problems, develop a deep understanding of end-user workflows, define product requirements and partner with global Product, Design and Engineering teams through delivery, launch, adoption and iteration.

You will combine in-market knowledge with strong SaaS product-management expertise, ensuring that Axon’s software products deliver intuitive, valuable and scalable user experiences for public-safety customers in Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Own customer and user discovery: Build a detailed understanding of Brazilian public-safety agencies, end users and operational workflows. Conduct customer conversations, gather feedback and use qualitative and quantitative insight to identify problems worth solving.

Champion user-centred product development: Represent the needs of end users throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in real customer problems, usability and desired outcomes.

Shape product strategy and roadmaps: Partner with global Product leadership to define opportunities, prioritise initiatives and influence roadmaps for Axon’s SaaS and connected software products in Brazil.

Translate insight into actionable product direction: Turn customer needs, local market requirements and operational constraints into clear problem statements, product requirements, user stories and prioritised initiatives for Product, Design and Engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end product delivery: Support initiatives from discovery and validation through definition, development, launch, measurement and continuous improvement. Monitor adoption, user feedback and product performance to inform future iterations.

Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and other stakeholders to align customer needs, business priorities and technical feasibility.

Support market readiness and commercial opportunities: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide product expertise for strategic customer engagements, tenders and RFPs—ensuring customer commitments are aligned with product strategy and delivery plans.

Drive product adoption: Help shape go-to-market and enablement plans that support successful rollout, adoption and long-term value realisation for customers and end users.

Champion Axon’s connected ecosystem: Articulate how Axon’s cloud-first, SaaS products and connected devices work together to improve public-safety outcomes.

What You Bring

Experience

4+ years of product management experience within a SaaS, cloud software or software-product environment.

Proven experience owning or contributing to the full end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, problem definition, prioritisation, delivery, launch, measurement and iteration.

Experience working on customer-facing software products, with a strong understanding of how to create effective, intuitive experiences for end users.

Demonstrable experience using customer research, user feedback, data and market insight to inform product decisions.

Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Product Design teams in an agile product-development environment.

Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.

Experience working across hardware, IoT, digital evidence or connected-device ecosystems is beneficial, but a strong software and SaaS product background is essential.

Proven ability to work autonomously in a complex, cross-functional and international environment, while managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

User-centred mindset: You start with customer and end-user problems, seek evidence before forming solutions, and advocate for simple, intuitive product experiences.

Product judgement: You can evaluate opportunities, make informed trade-offs and balance user needs, commercial priorities and technical feasibility.

Strategic problem-solving: You bring structure to ambiguity, identify the highest-impact opportunities and create alignment across diverse teams.

Strong communication: You communicate clearly and persuasively, translating complex market, customer and technical information into actionable product narratives.

Technical fluency: You can understand and communicate the value of SaaS, cloud and connected-product ecosystems, without needing to be an engineer.

Execution focus: You bring rigour to product delivery, including prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, dependency management and follow-through.

Adaptability and resilience: You thrive in a dynamic environment, remain focused through change and build momentum across distributed teams.

Languages

Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese is required.

Travel
