Senior Product Manager – CoCounsel Application Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the CoCounsel Application Experience – the user interface through which all customers experience CoCounsel. Making the complex simple is critical to the success of CoCounsel. You will deliver a product that is functional yet delightful to use, and that drives engagement. You will work in close partnership with the Principal Product Manager, owning defined areas of the application from problem definition through to delivery, so we can move faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Principal Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for the CoCounsel Application. Own key projects and deliverables end to end, including major initiatives such as personalisation and collaboration, alongside continuous delivery of UX and performance improvements.
- Work with other product managers and their teams to deliver a high-quality and coherent user experience across the application. Take requirements from use case teams and prioritise these alongside core application experience work.
- Take accountability for driving adoption, retention and upsell through the application, including from other surfaces. Identify the behaviours that lead to meaningful activity, and make sure users handed off from other surfaces, such as Practical Law, become engaged users.
- Deliver a programme of work that increases speed to market. Build repeatable patterns and documentation that allow other teams to self-serve and deliver UI capabilities in a governed way.
- Partner directly with legal, IT, security and operations stakeholders at strategic customers to shape and validate the roadmap.
- Provide clarity to commercial, account and customer success teams on what is being built and why.
- Translate customer needs into clear problem statements, scope definitions and success criteria, and run rapid experiments to validate new capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional product work and driving measurable customer value.
- Experience delivering enterprise-class applications, with a strong grasp of performance, accessibility, security, localisation and governance.
- A strong eye for detail and good UX taste, with real empathy for the customer and the way they work.
- Familiarity with agentic systems and LLMs and their implications for application user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and make clear recommendations.
- Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment with rapid iteration.
