Job Description

As Senior Product Manager for the Business Category “Interventional Hemodynamics ” (Hemo) within IGT Systems, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a global portfolio of patient monitoring solutions used by interventional cardiologists and staff to assess patients’ hemodynamic condition during cardiac interventional procedures. You will combine customer insights, market needs and technical innovation to shape the product roadmap, introduce new solutions and drive profitable growth throughout the product lifecycle.

Your role

Manage the complete Hemo product portfolio, including innovation, new product introductions, lifecycle management and upgrade propositions.

  • Translate in-depth customer, market and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions, winning concepts, claims and clear lifecycle product strategies.
  • Drive the definition, development, market readiness and successful introduction of products and solutions, including cross-business solutions, services and consumables that meet customer needs.
  • Own the relevant upstream and downstream marketing deliverables, including the claims roadmap, VPC creation, business cases, specifications, catalogue setup, pricing and MarCom materials.
  • Lead project marketing deliverables within new product introduction and PDLM product-release projects, and secure the handshake with key markets for successful introductions.
  • Develop business cases and manage price setting, margin optimization and channel strategy to support choices within the portfolio and profitable business growth.
