Do you want to drive product strategy for Amazon's last mile delivery network across Latin America? Are you looking for a high-impact role where you can combine global best practices with regional innovation to shape the future of delivery in one of Amazon's fastest-growing markets? The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to own the DSP product strategy and offer roadmap for Latin America (LATAM).
At Amazon, we're constantly reinventing the customer experience, including how we fulfill and deliver orders. A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international geographies, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers. In Latin America, we face a uniquely dynamic environment—a competitive ecommerce landscape, rapidly evolving last mile delivery models, and enormous growth potential that demands dedicated product leadership to unlock.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end DSP product strategy and roadmap for LATAM, serving as the primary bridge between the Global Offer organization and regional stakeholders. You will embed closely with local MX and BR teams to understand regional priorities, develop product solutions that address critical business challenges, and ensure global best practices are adapted and deployed in LATAM—while amplifying successful regional innovations globally. Depending on the candidates location, domestic and international travel to LATAM will be required up to 20% of the time.

- Build and manage relationships with local operations, finance, legal, and program teams in MX and BR to ensure tight feedback loops and rapid iteration
- Author offer documents, product reviews, and business cases with bottoms-up financial justification, sensitivity analysis, and CPP comparison to next best alternatives
- Communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
