Summary of the Role

Responsible for development of product definition, positioning, pricing and product lifecycle management to include market sensing, leading the product management function in new product development teams, pricing, customer communications, support, and revenue forecasts.

Planning, forecasting, and marketing of strategic products at all stages of the product lifecycle in order to maximize sales revenues, market share, and profit margins to include:

Analyze and anticipate market conditions in order to identify market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategies, and identify opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation.

Developing a thorough knowledge of target customer segments, markets and the competition. Defining features and functions of our products to internal and external customers including product characteristics, advantages, and potential threats from the competition or market conditions.

Education & Experience

8 to 10 years related experience in product management and marketing in the medical device industry

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication and consulting skills.

Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goals

Experience in Infusion Pump or similar portfolios are added advantage.
