Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Revenue Management (RMCS) Techno-Functional Product Manager with expertise in Oracle RMCS, Subscription Management, Oracle Cloud Finance modules and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, enhance, and support revenue management applications while leveraging automation and AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency, business processes, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead Oracle RMCS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• •Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.
• •Configure and support Oracle RMCS, Subscription Management, SLA, AR, and GL modules.
• •Ensure compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
• •Design and support integrations with Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
• •Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analyticsto improve revenue operations, reporting, and support processes.
• •Partner with business and technical teams to implement intelligent workflows, process automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• •Defines test strategy and execution approach to test specific functionality
• •Design release scope and schedules aligned with business needs
• •Develop test scripts and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures
• •Coordinate integration testing, validate test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training, and secure necessary approvals
• •Brings in best practices by keeping up-to-date with technology and vendor products
• •Manage defect clarification, triage, and coordinate resolution with engineering teams
• •Troubleshoot functional, technical, and integration issues and drive resolution.
• •Create and maintain solution documentation, business process flows, and test scenarios.
• •Collaborate with global teams and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• •7+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 3 years focused on Oracle RMCS.
• •Hands-on experience with Oracle RMCS, Subscription Management, AR, SLA and GL.
• •Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
• •Experience with FBDI, data conversions and Oracle PL/SQL.
• •Experience implementing or supporting AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• •Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• •Oracle Cloud Financials and/or RMCS Certifications
• •Experience with Oracle FDI, Tableau, Salesforce OM, and reporting solutions.
• •Experience with AI/ML-based business process automation tools and Oracle AI capabilities.
• •Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• •Knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based business models.
