We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the design and delivery of Oracle's next-generation provider reimbursement solution for the German healthcare market. In this role, you will serve as the product and domain expert responsible for translating complex hospital reimbursement requirements into scalable software capabilities. Working closely with hospitals, healthcare organizations, regulatory bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will define the functional requirements that guide the development of our next-generation reimbursement platform. A key focus of this role is enabling engineering teams to successfully deliver innovative solutions that support German inpatient reimbursement processes. You will gather and analyze customer requirements, document business workflows, define product specifications, and collaborate with engineering throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet both market and regulatory expectations. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in German inpatient reimbursement, including G-DRG-based payment methodologies, hospital billing, and revenue cycle processes. They will continuously monitor changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies, assess their impact on product functionality, and drive the implementation of required enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of provider reimbursement technology in Germany by building modern, compliant, and customer-centric solutions that help healthcare organizations optimize reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency.

We expressly encourage disabled candidates to apply for this position. Please therefore feel free to voluntarily inform us in your application about any severe disability (degree of disability of at least 50%) or any equal status (degree of disability of at least 30% together with official decision on equality) in accordance with the German SGB IX.
