the posting

  • Take ownership of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) roadmap for an enterprise customer communications platform.
  • Provide product leadership to a focused engineering squad and strengthen a mature, mission-critical platform.
  • Work at the intersection of product, technology, customer communications, cyber and risk.

Do Work That Matters

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud team powers enterprise customer communications across email and SMS — a platform that touches millions of customer interactions. We're a collaborative team that works closely with engineering, cyber, risk and stakeholders across the broader business to keep this platform strong, secure and continually evolving for the future.

See yourself in our team

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own and prioritise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap, working closely with a dedicated engineering squad and stakeholders across technology, cyber, risk and the wider business. Your focus will be on maintaining delivery momentum, strengthening the foundations of the platform and navigating priorities and dependencies across a complex enterprise environment.

  • Own and prioritise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product roadmap.
  • Lead delivery planning, backlog management, Jira and sprint activities with your engineering squad.
  • Coordinate platform changes, incidents and continuous improvement.
  • Drive important cyber, risk, control and documentation uplift.
  • Lead quarterly planning and proactively manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships across technology, risk, operations and other stakeholder groups.
  • Use customer, business and performance insights to inform product decisions.
  • Bring structure and momentum to a mature platform while helping navigate its longer-term direction.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

Bring strong product leadership, sharp organisation and the confidence to influence beyond your direct team. You'll be energised by essential foundational work and able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.

  • Strong product management or Product Owner experience within a complex technology or enterprise platform environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally at a basic-to-intermediate level — you don't need to be a hands-on technical expert.
  • Experience developing roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and delivering through engineering teams.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to plan and prioritise when priorities or longer-term direction are evolving.
  • Experience working with cyber, risk, controls or technology governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence teams outside your direct reporting line.
  • An ability to turn complex problems and competing priorities into clear, actionable plans.

If this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
