Your Role: At the intersection of life science, customer needs, and digital technology, you will shape digital producs that create measurable value in research and laboratory workflows. As a Senior Product Owner in our Digital Center of Excellence, you will turn opportunities into products that scientists rely on in their everyday work. You will serve as the strategic voice of the customer inside your Agile team, owning the product backlog end-to-end, setting priorities with precision, and ensuring every sprint translates into measurable business outcomes. You will operate within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), partnering closely with Product Management to define initiative intent, resolve cross-team dependencies, and drive quarterly planning readiness with clarity and purpose.

You will lead feature refinement, co-author quarterly planning objectives, and evaluate business value in close collaboration with your Product Manager. Beyond delivery, you will translate complex business needs into clear problem statements, manage stakeholder expectations with transparency, and actively strengthen Product Owner practice across the organization through a Community of Practice. Where applicable, you will embed quality and compliance into the backlog from the outset, engaging quality, regulatory, legal, and security partners early and documenting requirements in line with GxP, data privacy, and information security standards.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 7 or more years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within agile product development environments, with a proven track record of shipping digital products and measuring business outcomes.
  • You have solid knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); a Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is a strong advantage.
  • You have experience working in a regulated environment, such as life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or medical devices, and are confident navigating compliance and quality requirements.
  • You communicate and facilitate with confidence, bridging technical and business perspectives for diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
  • You are hands-on with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma, and bring the technical literacy needed for credible conversations with engineering teams on architecture and APIs.
  • You have exposure to large-scale agile transformations, product discovery, UX research, DevOps practices, or AI-enabled product development.

What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology. We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace. Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress!

Apply now and become a part of a team that is dedicated to Sparking Discovery and Elevating Humanity!
