Join Saxo, as a Senior Product Owner to help shape the digital experience behind Saxo's Global Website.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly structured and analytical Senior Product Owner to help shape and evolve the digital experience of Saxo’s global website – Home.saxo. Our global website is an essential part of our customer journey.

You will work across marketing, business and technology , to collaborate closely with designers, web operations, engineering, content, SEO/GEO, CRO, media, analytics, and local website owners across our 11 markets.

Your role is to turn ideas, customer needs and business priorities into clear product direction and scalable digital solutions for Home.saxo – taking initiatives from concept through to implementation and continuous improvement.

The role comes with significant ownership and autonomy. You will own day-to-day product priorities, form clear recommendations, and make decisions within your area. You will work closely with the Head of Websites and Owned Media and senior stakeholders on strategic priorities and major trade-offs.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will join the Websites & Owned Media department reporting directly to the Head of Websites and Owned Media. The department sits in Saxo’s global marketing organization and brings together 30 passionate and skilled individuals from various cultures and countries. Together we work dynamically across Web Operations, UX/UI, SEO/GEO, CRO, content and engineering, to create a globally consistent but locally relevant Home.saxo experience.

You will work with a variety of global and local stakeholders across the business, to turn customer and business needs into scalable digital solutions and continuously improve how we build, manage and optimise Saxo's websites globally.

Responsibilities

· Own and drive the website product roadmap & capabilities, setting priorities and making clear trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, effort, risk and strategic priorities.

· Bridge experience and execution, working with design, business, engineering and web operations to turn concepts into scalable solutions, clear implementation requirements and reusable capabilities.

· Translate concepts into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development teams can act on.

· Work with engineering and solution architects to challenge, refine and validate solutions, ensuring they are scalable and fit for purpose.

· Ensure solutions support global consistency and local relevance, with clear principles, components and guidelines that enable web operations and market website owners to adopt and scale them.

· Drive UAT and release readiness, ensuring solutions meet experience, functional, accessibility, content and business requirements – including proper documentation.

· Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to measure impact and continuously improve website experience.

· Ensure accessibility is considered throughout the product lifecycle, and that website capabilities align with WCAG standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product professional who combines customer focus, commercial understanding, and technical confidence. Ideally, you have experience within several of the following:

· 7+ years of experience in digital product management, website development, digital experience, marketing, or a similar field.

· Experience as a technical Product Manager, Product Owner or similar, working across business, design and engineering.

· Experience with complex websites, CMS platforms, or digital ecosystems. Sitecore or a comparable enterprise CMS is highly desirable.

· A solid understanding of web technology and architecture, including APIs, content rendering, caching, frontend/backend integration and key web performance concepts such as Core Web Vitals.

· Experience translating concepts and designs into scalable digital solutions and components.

· Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, challenge constructively and make clear recommendations.

· Experience working in a global organisation, balancing global consistency with local market needs.

· Experience within the financial sector is a plus.

As a person, you are curious, highly structured, and pragmatic. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and excel at breaking down complex business challenges into clear problem statements, desired outcomes, and actionable opportunities. You are comfortable making decisions and taking ownership. As well as turning concepts into reality by focusing on the details needed, to turn an idea into something that works in practice.

You recognise when broader alignment or senior stakeholder input is needed and are confident in navigating different perspectives to move things forward.

Furthermore, you are open to new ways of working, including AI-powered tools, and look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, improve quality, and focus on higher-value work.

We look forward to receiving your application.
