Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience

• This role leads a strategic employee experience work stream focused on improving how people use technology, tools, and workflows in a distributed organization.
• You’ll explore opportunities across AI enablement, knowledge management, automation, and technology-supported ways of working.
• The position combines program management with organizational research, experimentation, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.
• You’ll design and facilitate pilots, analyze qualitative and quantitative findings, and translate evidence into practical recommendations.
• Working across People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and other functions, you’ll help turn new insights into scalable organizational change.
• Success means creating measurable improvements in employee effectiveness, confidence with technology, and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
