Senior Project Manager

Location: South Francisco Bay Area, CA

Drive large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout , ensuring safety, profitability, and excellence.

Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration.

Build strong client relationships and deliver an unmatched customer experience.

Champion Lean Construction principles and cutting-edge planning methodologies.

Manage budgets, schedules, and risks with precision and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 7–10 years leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering results.

Certifications: OSHA 30 (preferred)

Skills: Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), construction software (Procore, Bluebeam), and financial management.

$198,000 — $221,000 USD
