  • Shape and develop pipeline opportunities, bids, mobilisation plans, and significant call-off opportunities in line with business objectives and client needs.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for significant framework matters and delivery challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, performance insights, and the adoption of effective ways of working.
  • Support business development activities and help shape future opportunities across the nuclear sector.
  • Provide leadership and direction across multidisciplinary teams while supporting the growth and development of project managers.

About you

  • You have experience leading governance activities across frameworks, programmes, projects, or commercial arrangements.
  • You are comfortable leading pipeline development, opportunities, bids, negotiations, and mobilisation activities.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, helping others understand how framework performance contributes to wider business objectives.
