  • Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von konzernweiten globalen HR-Projekten sowie von HR-Streams in übergreifenden Wachstums- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Effiziente adressatengerechte Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern
  • Moderation und Durchführung von internationalen Workshops und Projektsitzungen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von HR-Projekten
  • Operative HR Erfahrung, idealerweise im Feld des HR-PM innerhalb von Wachstums- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und adressatengerecht darzustellen
  • Prozessanalytisches, lösungsorientiertes und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten, auch im Rahmen von Eskalationen und kritischen Projektsituationen
  • Stark ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Motivation
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
