  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung aller Aktivitäten innerhalb des LYNX-Programms Rumänien
  • Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Projektaktivitäten von der Vorfinanzierung und Vertragsvergabe bis zur Auslieferung der Fahrzeuge
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektmeilensteinen sowie Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Koordination internationaler Projektteams und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Schwesterunternehmen, Lieferanten und externen Stakeholdern (m/w/d)
  • Identifikation und Management von Projektrisiken sowie Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im technischen, betriebswirtschaftlichen oder projektmanagementbezogenen Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, internationaler Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Führung und Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Matrixorganisationen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen
