Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als SeniorProject Manager für den Standort Berlin.

  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer technischer Projekte unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Ressourcenzielen
  • Steuerung von Projektressourcen, Meilensteinen, Quality Gates, Backlogs und Teilprojekten nach etablierten Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch / hybrid / agil)
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostencontrolling, Risikomanagement sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
  • Aktives Stakeholder- und Gremienmanagement inkl. Organisation und Leitung von Lenkungsausschüssen
  • Vertrags- und Claimmanagement inkl. Change Requests, Leistungsabnahmen sowie enger Zusammenarbeit mit Legal, Kunden und externen Partnern
  • Technische Gesamtkoordination inkl. Festlegung des Vorgehens, Sicherstellung der Lösungsqualität und Mitgestaltung von SLAs
  • Transparente Projektdokumentation und regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management und relevante Stakeholder
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, technischer Projekte in Verbindung mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement nach GPM, IPMA, PMI oder gleichwertig
  • Fachübergreifendes und interdisziplinäres Wissen (vorzugsweise in eHealth/Telematikinfrasturktur)
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Empathie, um die Interessen der Auftraggeber und Kollegen zu verstehen
  • Fähigkeit zum wirtschaftlichen Denken und zum verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Ressourcen
  • selbstständige Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch mind. B2-Niveau
