Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Focus PMO - Microsoft - JIRA

Vollzeit (40 h)

(Start: 01.12.2026 – 31.05.2028 + Option, in ANÜ)

Berlin, Bonn, München ODER Nürnberg + remote (ca. 40%)

Max. 25 % der Arbeitszeit Im Rahmen der Tätigkeit sind Dienstreisen notwendig

Das ist zu tun:

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von komplexen Kundenprojekten oder hochkomplexen Teilprojekten dazu gehört u.a.:

Verantwortliche Leitung, Koordination, Planung und Durchführung komplexer Projekte von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

Projekt-Planung und -Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine und Abhängigkeiten

PMO Tätigkeiten (u.a. Risikomanagement, Planung und Moderation von JF oder Workshops, Pflege von Datenbanken)

Abbildung und Pflege in MS-Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira

Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Budget

Management von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Risiken

Stakeholder-Management sowie Management von Ziel- und Interessenskonflikten

Gremienarbeit, Kommunikation und Berichterstattung

Administrative Tätigkeiten (u.a. Terminkoordination und Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter on- und Offboarding, Listenpflege und – Abgleich)

Erstellung von Vorgabedokumenten

Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen

Das sollte man idealerweise mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (IT oder kaufmännisch) bzw. Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften etc.)

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten hoher Komplexität

Erfahrungen in der Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden und inagilen Projekten

Kenntnisse in allgemeiner PM-Methodik und agilen Vorgehensweisen

Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
