Job Description
Just imagine shaping the technologies behind LEGO® moulding production across the world. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead strategic moulding initiatives that connect technology, industrialisation and production. This is a permanent role where you'll create direction across complex programs, align priorities and turn manufacturing ambitions into practical plans.
Required Qualifications
- Led complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.
- Managed injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives.
- Directed Project Managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs.
- Delivered production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Introduced new technologies from development through industrialisation and into stable production.
- Worked with equipment suppliers to implement manufacturing technology within existing production environments.
- Scaled standardised technology solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Ability to travel up to 40 days yearly to suppliers, other sites, etc
What you'll build
- Lead complex moulding programs from strategic direction through implementation and operational readiness.
- Create clarity around priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks and decisions.
- Translate manufacturing priorities into roadmaps, programs and projects.
- Connect technical, operational and business perspectives to keep work moving.
- Build alignment across functions, production sites and suppliers.
- Help turn moulding ambitions into robust manufacturing solutions.
If you've worked in a role where you connected several technical projects into one clear program, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to create direction, make sound decisions and bring people together around shared outcomes.
Life on the team
You'll join a global LEGO® team of Project Managers and technology specialists. Together, we're developing, industrialising and scaling technologies for moulding production worldwide. We connect technology development, manufacturing needs, suppliers and production sites. You'll work in a hybrid rhythm, spending at least three days each week in the office. We value clear communication, shared ownership and teamwork across functions, sites and cultures.
What success looks like
You'll bring structure to strategic initiatives and help teams move complex programs forward together. The first major task will be to connect strategy, technology and people to shape the future of moulding. You'll work closely with Project Managers, technology specialists, manufacturing teams, production sites and suppliers to turn strategic priorities into reliable solutions.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
