  • Berlin suchen wie eine/n Senior Projekt Manager/in (w/m/d). RECRUNIT
  • unterstützt und vermittelt als Personalberatung Fach- und
  • Führungskräfte in Festanstellung im Hochbau. Sie erhalten eine
  • individuelle Beratung zu Ihren Karrierezielen, spezifisch auf die
  • Baubranche zugeschnitten. Aufgaben - Bauherrenvertretung/ technische
  • Projektleitung in den LPH 1-9 der HOAI in der Kostengruppe 300 -
  • Schwerpunkt liegt in den LPH 5-8 der HOAI - Definition vom Bau Soll -
  • Fachliche Führung externer Auftragnehmer - Ausschreibung, Vergabe,
  • Verhandlung mit Generalunternehmern - Vertragsmanagement,
  • Vertragsgestaltung insb. Bauverträge, Generalunternehmerverträge -
  • Leitung für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der
  • Bauvorhaben - Verantwortung des Projektcontrollings zur Einhaltung von
  • Kosten-, Terminen- und Qualitäten Profil - Erfolgreich
  • abgeschlossenes Studium mit Baubezug (Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur,
  • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) - Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bau-/
  • Projektleitung von SF-Projekten - Generalist mit Fokus auf den
  • hinteren Leistungsphasen - Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und
  • Pflichtbewusstsein - Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (ab C1-Niveau)
