  • Aufgaben:
  • Koordination und Steuerung technischer Projekte im Pharma- und Anlagenbauumfeld
  • Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Unterstützung bei Projektplanung, Projektorganisation und Projektsteuerung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Reportings und Projektdokumentationen
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Ressourcen und Projektfortschritten
  • Mitwirkung im Risiko-, Änderungs- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Managementberichten
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Umwelttechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im PMO, Engineering Management oder Project Controls sowie in Investitions- und Anlagenbauprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Pharma, Wasser- und Abwasseranlagen sowie Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte
  • Kenntnisse in Terminplanung, Kostensteuerung, Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office sowie AWARO
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Organisationskompetenz
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
