Für ein innovatives GenAI-Projekt im Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Python Backend Engineer. Ziel ist die Entwicklung und Integration einer KI-gestützten Lösung zur digitalen Gesprächsvorbereitung für den Aussendienst.

Gemeinsam mit einem GenAI Engineer und einem bestehenden Entwicklungsteam verantworten Sie die technische Umsetzung von der Entwicklung über die Integration und das Testing bis zur produktionsnahen Bereitstellung.

Entwicklung und Implementierung von Backend-Services und APIs mit Python

Integration einer KI-basierten Agentenlösung in eine bestehende Chat-Assistenten-Plattform mittels Agent-to-Agent-Kommunikation (A2A)

Deployment und Betrieb containerisierter Anwendungen auf Open PaaS / OpenShift

Implementierung von CI/CD-Pipelines, Datenbankanbindungen, Monitoring und Security

Durchführung automatisierter Tests und Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität

Mitgestaltung des Solution Designs gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Entwicklungsteam

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Security-, Plattform- und Fachteams

Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Übergabe der entwickelten Komponenten

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Python

Fundierte Kenntnisse im API-Design und in der Entwicklung von REST APIs

Praktische Erfahrung mit OpenShift, Open PaaS und containerisierten Anwendungen

Sehr gute DevOps-Kenntnisse in CI/CD, Git, automatisierten Tests und Deployment

Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, SQL und Datenmodellierung

Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Security und produktionsnaher Bereitstellung

Erfahrung mit der Integration von KI-Agenten und Agent-to-Agent-Kommunikation (A2A) von Vorteil

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
