Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery and technical governance across key enterprise and mobile platforms, including HLBVN Connect, BCB Enterprise, BCB Customer, SBH SDK, and New Connect Flutter. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure all technical deliverables achieve high quality and stakeholder validation.

Key Responsibilities

• •Initiate each project by confirming the approved scope, objectives, business requirements, key deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• •Conduct project kick-off discussions with relevant business, technical, product, and delivery stakeholders to establish roles, responsibilities, communication channels, and governance arrangements.
• •Review and validate the technical requirements, existing systems, architecture, interfaces, SDK dependencies, and integration requirements for HLBVN Connect, BCB Enterprise, BCB Customer, SBH SDK, and New Connect Flutter.
• •Plan and allocate the required development, technical, testing, integration, and support resources based on the project scope and delivery priorities.
• •Prepare project plans covering development activities, technical milestones, integration activities, testing, dependencies, risks, and deployment timelines.
• •Execute development and integration activities in accordance with approved requirements, technical standards, project plans, and agreed delivery timelines.
• •Coordinate closely with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve technical dependencies, address issues, and ensure smooth execution across the respective projects.
• •Conduct regular progress monitoring, technical reviews, testing, defect tracking, and quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the agreed requirements.
• •Manage project risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and technical challenges through appropriate escalation, resolution, and change management processes.
• •Complete project deliverables, obtain required stakeholder validation and approvals, support deployment and handover activities, and provide necessary documentation and ongoing support to ensure successful project closure.

Job Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• •5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, technical delivery, or systems integration, with a track record of leading quality initiatives on enterprise applications.
• •Proven experience working with mobile and SDK ecosystems (e.g., Flutter, mobile SDK integration) and enterprise web systems.
• •Strong proficiency in test management, defect tracking tools (such as Jira), API testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• •Demonstrated ability to manage project milestones, technical dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills with keen attention to detail.
