As a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you should have around 7-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. You would work as part of a dynamic team involved with testing web, portal, applications, and other new systems and/or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• •Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds .
• •Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• •Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
• •Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
• •Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• •Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
• •Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• •Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
• •Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• •7+ years of QA experience
• •Knowledge of API testing
• •Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• •Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.

• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and end users.
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• •Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
• •Demonstrated ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations.
• •Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.

Work Location:

Position is based in Pune, with in-office presence as per company policy.
