Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Sicherstellung einer robusten Produkt- und Prozessqualität für den humanoiden Roboter 4NE1 – von der Industrialisierung des Prototypen bis zur Serienproduktion.

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für Produkt- und Prozessqualität des 4NE1

Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Aufbau eines strukturierten Complaint Managements

Planung und Durchführung von Produkt-, Prozess- und Lieferantenaudits

Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfplänen, Control Plans, PFMEA sowie Qualitätsstandards

Aufbau einer zentralen Qualitätsdatenbank und eines Lessons-Learned-Systems

Einführung eines Quality Management Boards mit täglichen Qualitätsrunden

Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) sowie Definition nachhaltiger Abstellmaßnahmen

Definition und Steuerung von Qualitäts-KPIs (FPY, PPM, Rework, Scrap, Cost of Quality, Audit Score)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und Process Engineering

Freigabe von Engineering Changes und Begleitung der Industrialisierung

Unterstützung bei EOL-Tests und Produktvalidierung

Lieferantenentwicklung und Qualitätsverbesserung entlang der Supply Chain

Aufbau einer Zero-Defect- und Continuous-Improvement-Kultur

Vorbereitung der Organisation auf Serienproduktion und Kundenabnahmen

  • Daran misst sich dein Erfolg:
  • First Pass Yield, PPM, Rework-Quote, Audit-Erfüllungsgrad, Engineering-Change-Durchlaufzeit, Kundenreklamationen, Lieferantenqualität

Was du mitbringst

Studium Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Automobil-, Maschinenbau- oder Robotikindustrie

Fundierte Kenntnisse in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA und VDA/IATF-Methoden

Erfahrung im Produktionshochlauf und in der Industrialisierung

Hands-on Mentalität in einem dynamischen Scale-up-Umfeld

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
