Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir:

  • Senior Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) in VOLLZEIT - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von QM-Standards wie IFS, rechtlichen Auflagen und Hygieneanforderungen
  • Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Prozesse
  • Betreuung der QM-Software zur Prüfmittelüberwachung, Dokumentenverwaltung und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Audits/Hygienebegehungen
  • Planung und Durchführung externer Audits wie IFS,Bio, Behörden, Kundenaudits
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
  • verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung der HACCP- und Food Defense Dokumentation
  • verantwortlich für die Organisation und Überwachung der Schädlingsbekämpfung
  • Erstellen von Schulungsmaterial (softwarebasiert) - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie oder Lebensmittelwissenschaften
  • Mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
  • Kenntnisse der Standards IFS Food, HACCP, Food Defense und Hygienemanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Kennzeichnung von Produkten
  • Erfahrung mit internen und externen Audits
  • Organisierter Arbeitsstil mit der Fähigkeit gut zu priorisieren
  • Diplomatische, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
