Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, Equisoft Inc., Philadelphia, PA. Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables. Identify test requirements from specifications or verbal communications. Develop, document and maintain clear and concise functional test plans and test cases. Execute and evaluate test cases and report test results. Ensure deliverables meet specifications and requirements. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. Liaison with development, project management, and customer on quality and project scope and deliverables. Identify any potential quality issues by defined process and communicate through appropriate channels. Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate in an Agile environment along with a dynamic team composed of software developers, architects, and project managers. Own quality assurance at every stage of the delivery process.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in

Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• •Leading a team of quality assurance specialists in quality assurance processes;
• •Life Insurance and Annuity Business processes;
• •Relational databases and SQL;
• •Participating in the full lifecycle of a project; and
• •Working in an Agile environment.
