Retrieve and interpret technical documents to develop inspection plans and work instructions

Perform First Article Inspections per AS9102 for complex assemblies and critical components

Conduct final acceptance inspections of aircraft sub-assemblies and high-complexity components

Complete required documentation and enter into ERP system, create detailed inspection reports as needed

Create and review non-conformance reports, participate in MRB reviews, and support disposition decisions

Communicate technical requirements to shop personnel and provide guidance on quality expectations

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex inspection issues and measurement challenges

Support the development and improvement of inspection processes, techniques, and documentation

Assign traceability to incoming raw materials, quarantine, and scrap non-conforming components

Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

Maintain a clean work environment and comply with all safety requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in quality control inspection in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing environments

Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
