Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

• •Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
• •Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• •Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• •Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• •Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

About you

• •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• •8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years on government or major UAE programs.
• •Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site-wide works.
• •Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows.
• •Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
• •Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills.
• •Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel.
• •Experience on giga-projects or large-scale infrastructure developments is an advantage.
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi discipline environment.
