Deine Mission:

  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Mitarbeiter für unser Technologen-Team und hilfst unseren Kunden langfristig erfolgreiche Teams aufzubauen
  • Du entwickelst eigene Suchstrategien und baust langfristige Kandidatennetzwerke auf
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden, führst Interviews mit Kandidaten und erkennst zuverlässig, welche Talente fachlich und persönlich zu ihnen passen
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kandidaten und sorgst für eine durchgehend positive „candidate experience“

Dein Talent:

  • Du bringst idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gewinnung von Fachkräften durch Active Sourcing mit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung aus einem für uns relevanten Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikation, HR)
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und eine ambitionierte Persönlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke: Du kannst klar, überzeugend und auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren, bist empathisch und baust exzellente persönliche Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichsten Menschen
  • Gängige Active Sourcing-Technologien (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) sind für dich so leicht wie ein schwereloser Flug durch die Galaxien
