  • Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für Fach- und Führungskräfte im Bereich Engineering und IT
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements sowie Matching von Talenten mit passenden Stellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management
  • Active Sourcing über relevante Netzwerke und Plattformen inklusive professioneller Direktansprache sowie Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Talentpools
  • Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Kandidatenprofile
  • Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen und -Strategiensowie Betreuung und Coaching von Junior Recruitern

Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personaldienstleistung von Vorteil, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie sicherer Umgang mit Recruiting Plattformen und Jobbörsen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
