Excellent opportunity for a driven recruiter to join our high performing team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong agency recruitment experience and exceptional headhunting capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As a talent acquisition partner, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple locations & assist them to attract, engage, and secure top talent across a diverse range of functions, including IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and various corporate vacancies.

This is an in dependent, standalone role based in Makati .

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from candidate screening and assessment to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• •Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and search techniques.
• •Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• •Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• •Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• •Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and service levels.
• •Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Workday and recruitment systems.

About You

• •Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
• •Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
• •Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality outcomes.
• •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• •Results-driven, proactive, and highly organised.
