Lead or support internal quality control and quality assurance reviews at key project milestones.

Develop and maintain internal engineering standards, design guidelines, checklists, templates, and best practices.

Identify recurring design issues and develop training or resources to help prevent them.

Provide hands-on training in site design, grading, stormwater management, utility coordination, Civil 3D workflows, and construction documentation.

Mentor engineers and designers through technical questions, design reviews, project discussions, and practical problem-solving.

Help onboard new engineering staff and support technical skill development across the team.
