Our Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Pre-Sales builds the AI-assisted programs, coaching tools, and field relationships that help our Sales and SDR teams create and convert pipeline more effectively.

This role owns pre-sales enablement end to end — discovery coaching, sales plays, onboarding, and QBR support — increasingly delivered and reinforced through AI-assisted tools (Claude-based coaching, role-play simulations, personalized content). This role is highly cross-functional, you will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and execute enablement programs that scale and deliver results across the Sales organization. Partner closely with the Director of Revenue Enablement, to contribute to and execute the overall Revenue Enablement strategy.

This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with SDR Ops, Marketing Ops, and Field/Channel Marketing to drive outbound strategy, discovery excellence, and GTM collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Onboarding & Ramp Support

Support new-hire onboarding for SDRs, Account Executives, and Regional Sales Directors, in partnership with GTM Onboarding

Ensure new reps are equipped with the messaging, resources, and AI-assisted coaching tools needed to ramp quickly

Work with leadership to develop and lead structured ramp milestones and track rep readiness with clear, measurable outcomes

Voice of the Field

Gather structured feedback from SDRs, AEs, and Sales leadership on what's working and what's not in the field, and translate it into concrete recommendations for Sales Leadership, Marketing, and the Director of Revenue Enablement

Run discovery with sales leaders and reps before building content, so programs address real gaps

Influence upstream planning — sales play design, messaging, and campaign strategy — by proactively surfacing field readiness risk before launches, not after

Account-Based Collaboration

Drive accountability for Account Planning across Sales, SDR, and Channel teams through completion tracking and leadership reporting

Support Account Mapping and joint outreach planning with Channel Partners

Ensure Account Plans are executed for Priority Accounts, driving Sales-sourced opportunities

Pipeline Acceleration & Outbound Strategy

Partner with Sales, SDR Ops, Marketing Ops, and Field/Channel Marketing to identify opportunities to increase Sales-driven pipeline

Use AI-assisted tools to personalize outbound prospecting sequences and messaging at scale

Proactively identify gaps in pipeline generation and propose enablement solutions — without waiting to be asked

Discovery & Qualification

Create qualification frameworks and AI-assisted coaching (e.g., call review, role-play simulation) to sharpen discovery skills across Sales

Drive adoption of best practices in SAO qualification and buyer engagement

Own MEDDPICC readiness across the team, including training design, rep assessment, and ongoing reinforcement

Sales Plays & AI-Assisted Enablement Assets

Lead discovery and analysis of current state performance identifying strengths and areas for growth; develop, propose, and lead enablement programs

Create clear talk tracks, discovery questions, and sales plays that sellers can use and customers can understand leveraging PMM positioning and product updates

Develop and execute sales plays tailored to vertical, product, or persona strategy — from blank page to field-ready

Build sales toolkits and playbooks, using AI tools to personalize and maintain them at lower ongoing effort than manual content upkeep

Support reps in building custom proposals, pricing sheets, and mutual close plans

Sales Kickoff & QBR Support

Design and facilitate QBRs, aligning regional and segment performance with strategic priorities

Support bi-annual Sales Kickoff planning and execution alongside Enablement leadership and Marketing

Requirements:

5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Revenue Operations

Direct experience building or deploying AI-assisted enablement tools (Claude, other LLM-based coaching, content, or workflow tools) — not just using AI outputs, but designing how the team uses them

Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, and SDR leaders

Demonstrated ability to design prospecting strategies that drive pipeline impact

Experience implementing qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC and sales methodologies

Success building sales playbooks, programs, and documentation at scale

Skilled communicator with a bias for action; comfortable operating without owning the underlying tech stack directly

Nice to Have:

Experience with Bigtincan or similar Learning Management and Content Management Systems

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and the cybersecurity market landscape

Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000

The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting.
