## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliches Bearbeiten der Projekte sowie die Qualitätskontrolle anderer Brandschutzplanungen und das interne Weiterbilden des AECOM Teams
  • Beraten von Objekt- und Fachplanern in der Planung und Ausführung von Brandschutzdetails
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der vertraglich geschuldeten Leistungen sowie des Projektbudgets in der Fachdisziplin
  • Eigenständiges Führen eines Projektteams in der Fachdisziplin
  • Erstellung von brandschutztechnischen Gutachten, Berichten, Stellungnahmen, Brandschutznachweisen und Brandschutzkonzepten bis hin zur Brandschutzdetailplanung der jeweiligen Fachdisziplinen
  • Prüfung und ggf. Erstellung von zugehörigen Brandschutzplänen sowie Feuerwehrplänen und Flucht- und Rettungsplänen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Bestandssituationen hinsichtlich Brandschutz
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Genehmigungsdokumentationen bzgl. brandschutztechnischer Belange
  • Zusammenarbeit in länderübergreifenden internationalen Projektteams
  • Brandschutztechnische Bauüberwachung

## Qualifikationen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • Zertifizierung oder Weiterbildung im Brandschutzbereich
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Objektplanung mit Schwerpunkt im Brandschutz
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Baurechts und der Brandschutzregularien (Landesbauordnungen, Sonderbauvorschriften etc.)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Office etc.)
  • Interesse an großen internationalen Projekten
  • Kenntnisse der amerikanischen Vorschriften (NFPA, UFC, IBC) wünschenswert
  • Revit-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
