We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth for Broadridge solutions across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Capital Markets. This is a high-impact role selling to top-tier Banks, Insurance Companies, and Financial Institutions, where you’ll shape the future of financial technology in one of Europe’s most strategic markets.

What You’ll Do

• •Be part of the territory: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• •Drive New Business: Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• •Lead the Sales Cycle: From initial contact to contract negotiation, you’ll manage every stage of the process.
• •Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams—Legal, Product Management, Marketing, and Onboarding—to ensure seamless client experiences.
• •Be the Face of Broadridge: Represent us at senior levels, industry conferences, and client meetings across the region.

What We’re Looking For

• •Proven Expertise: 5–7+ years in Capital Markets sales within Financial Institutions or Corporates.
• •Industry Knowledge and Experience across any of the following: Agency/Principal Trading, Post-Trade Processing, Securities Financing, SWIFT, and Reconciliations, Regulatory Reporting.
• •Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
• •Location: Based in Frankfurt, with flexibility for weekly travel.
• •Commercial Acumen: Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
• •Executive Presence: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
