Senior Salesforce Developer

• This is a senior technical opportunity to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions supporting a mission-driven organization with complex operational needs.
• You will own custom applications, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements while helping ensure the Salesforce environment remains scalable, secure, and efficient.
• The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, including mentoring developers and promoting strong architecture and coding practices.
• You will work closely with business analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• A key focus will be integrating Salesforce with external systems and leveraging capabilities such as Education Cloud, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio.
• You will also contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
